Claude 198x300 Claude Pohlig

Claude Pohlig is currently vice-president of Slow Food Namur. This chef cook strongly advocates healthy food and sustainable catering. He works with local producers to offer local, natural and seasonal food, making us rediscover our plant heritage (vegetables, edible flowers, wild plants, etc.).

Affordable, ethical and still stylish and gastronomic. The Slow Food philosophy is a lifestyle, not only about food, but also about the way we relate to it and to society. It encompasses 3 principles: good food that pleases us and is part of our local culture, clean food that doesn’t harm the environment, and fair prices for both the consumer and the producer. Claude Pohlig, an expert in the area will explain us in a dynamic way the concept and the actions we can take to become slow fooders.
